Prendre conscience de son corps. Un seul corps ?

Love, feeling, attachment and illusions

You must understand that human emotions are profoundly contagious. For instance, when you truly and deeply love someone, the energy of that love resonates. Through a subtle harmony of energies—those that surround and permeate the human body—this person, even without fully realizing why, may begin to feel a powerful pull toward you. They may reflect that love back, often even more intensely.

That is the essence of true love: an energy that grows as each person becomes a mirror for the other. There is no scattering, no loss of vibrational frequency. It is in that dimension that true love is born—where two souls begin to merge, eventually becoming one.

That said, when we meet someone, the first essential step is to define the nature of the connection. It’s entirely possible to have a deep emotional and sexual bond with someone even before truly knowing them on the higher level I described above.

However, among all the emotions that can hinder the blossoming of a meaningful relationship—romantic or otherwise—there is one that stands out: doubt.

Doubt is natural. In fact, it is necessary, especially at the beginning of any connection. It helps us build real trust, grounded in demonstrations of goodwill, sincerity, and mutual affection. But be warned—when doubt becomes excessive, when it consumes the mind, it clouds clarity. More dangerously, it can block the emotional signals the other person is sending you. Worse still, doubt can distort those signals, making you interpret love as coldness, or kindness as manipulation.

In conclusion, yes—doubt, in moderation, is wise. But we must also learn to engage other tools of discernment that our mind offers. We must ask: are our suspicions justified? Or are they disproportionate reactions, born of inner fear, preventing love from blooming within your’e heart ?

If your heart remains closed due to inner blocks and unresolved wounds, how can you truly love—or be loved in return? You cannot. It simply does not work that way.

Most people who complain about not receiving the love they believe they deserve fail to see a crucial truth: they themselves are the source of the blockage, not others.

What is the situation—and how do we transcend it the doubt ?

We must begin by calming our fears. This is known as inner work. It is the process of realigning all our energetic centers and subtle bodies. In conventional medicine and in the traditional worldview, only the physical body is acknowledged. But in esoteric schools across the world—among those who have studied the depths of the soul—it is well understood that the human being is composed of multiple bodies.

From the densest to the most subt:

physical body
etheric body
astral body
mental body
causal body
divine body

Though distinct in nature, all these bodies are unified within us. Simply becoming aware of this truth and contemplating it can be a profound blessing. If you take even a small moment in your life to pause and ask yourself, “Do I really have all these bodies within me?”—and you accompany this question with deep reflection, meditation, and spiritual practices (excluding spiritism, which I strongly advise against)—then, over time, something remarkable may occur.

You may one day experience the awakening of these subtle bodies within your conscious awareness. This marks the beginning of what is known as spiritual awakening—a state in which you begin to perceive and understand the vastness and sacred depth of the soul that animates all your layers of being.

You realize, then, that you are not a fragile, doubtful creature limited by fear and uncertainty. On the contrary—you are a magnificent cosmic being, surrounded by a luminous aura that expands as your awareness of your inner structure deepens.

And how does one embark on this sacred journey?
This is where meditation begins.
This is where your awakening to true life begins—
That is, eternal life.

What is the true purpose of this work?

What is it really for?

When we discover a more refined version of ourselves — one that is deeper and more complex — we begin to cultivate not only a better self-image, but also a more elevated view of human nature and of humanity as a whole.
From that moment on, we start to regain confidence in ourselves and in life, much like we did when we were carefree children.
A child can burst into laughter in the middle of a crowd without a second thought about what others might think. They live their emotions fully, carried by an endless joy of living.
At that stage of evolution, all six bodies of this marvelous little being are perfectly aligned.
The child lives in the present moment, in a near-perpetual state of bliss. This is why children often exhaust their parents — their physical energy is replenished from a dimension far beyond that of adults.
